Hi folks! I feel like I have had the announcement up in my shop forever that new things are coming. Well, they are finally here! I have added a couple more scarves to the shop and they are much different than I have ever put in. Well, one time in February I put one up for a friend to purchase, BUT, now, these are for anyone to purchase! I knitted them on my loom. I intend to have a few other color combinations up, plus a really fun, chunky, sweatery one. I cannot wait to share them soon. Here are oatmeal and barley colored infinity scarves so far. As you can see, they fit pretty close to my neck and they are double-knitted so they keep you extra warm.

radio silence
I have so many images that I want to share with you all but have been way too busy to do so. Not only do I still have photos to share from my San Francisco trip in May, but I have also shot a wedding of a dear friend and various other adventures. I have one more day left of a training that I am attending in CT (see above photo for my "home" during my stay here), then finishing up moving to my new place/cleaning my old place and finally I will have some time to edit hundreds of photos to share with you all. (Don't worry, I will not share ALL of them!) Also, during this radio silence, I had my two year anniversary of my Etsy shop being open! YAY! I would like to do another giveaway similar to what I did last year to celebrate having my fans all of this time. Details will be coming soon, so stay tuned.

my hair
Typically, my hair is changed by impulse. It's been a while since I've had one of these impulses, so my hair has stayed relatively the same for the past few years. Over the past couple of weeks, I have been feeling a change and so searched the internet for hairstyle inspiration. I wanted something short and a little daring, but not too salon-y or Anne Hathaway-esque. I ended up with this:
| front view |
| shaved side view |
And I love it! The 1/4 head shave part is the part that I love the most. It's fuzzy and easy. The other side I can do whatever I want with and is generally pretty similar to my prior hair style, but shorter. Also, the messier the better which works well with my get-up-and-go-in-the-morning routine.
On the way home, I wondered if Tater would recognize me. Of course she did! She likes having more access to my right ear for licking, too. Hehe. Here she is, holding down the fabric for me while I cut out fabric for a blanket. That stinker!
